We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 3-day exchange policy for our online store customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your package to request an exchange.
Please note that in order to process an exchange, you will need to place a new order for the desired items. It's important to keep in mind that this policy applies on a product-by-product basis and that damaged items may not be accepted for exchange. Customer must send the returned package using a tracked and registered shipping service. We are not able to arrange for any other type of pickup. Once we receive and confirm the return parcel, we will offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs from your original order).
When returning the merchandise, please ensure that all tags, product labels, spare buttons, dust bags, and boxes (if applicable) are included and that the item is in "sellable condition." If we receive a return that cannot be accepted, we will have to re-send the product to you at your own cost. The final decision on whether the merchandise is in sellable condition rests with WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY.
Additionally, we want to remind you that the value of the second purchase order (exchange order) must be higher than the first order, otherwise, the refund amount will be based on the lower-valued order.
Finally, Orders of discounted products and paid with an e-voucher / promotion code cannot be exchanged.
Our goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your goods to initiate a return. All returned package using a tracked and registered shipping service. We are not able to arrange for any other type of pickup.
We offer refunds in the form of a cash e-voucher, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. Please note that initial shipping, taxes, and duties will not be refunded. Additionally, merchandise purchased with a cash e-voucher will not be refunded or exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion.
If you prefer a cash refund, we can provide one with an additional 20% handling charge of the total amount of the first order paid. However, please keep in mind that initial shipping, taxes, and duties will not be refunded.
