Every piece we make is intended for longevity. As clothing makers established in Hong Kong in 2010, we take deep pride in the integrity and refined utility of every garment. We want you to find the perfect, effortless addition to your shared, unisex wardrobe.

 

Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your pieces fit your lifestyle.

  • Eligibility: All items (Regular priced and Sale items) are eligible for an exchange or a refund via store credit.
  • Cash Refunds: If a cash refund is preferred over store credit, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the total.
  • The Exchange Process: We utilise a "New Selection" process. Please place a new order for your desired item and return the original piece to us; we will issue a refund for the original order once the return is processed. To maintain a fair valuation, the final refund will be based on the lower-priced item between the original purchase and the new selection.
  • Timeline: To ensure stock availability and timely processing, all returned items must be dispatched within 5 days of receiving our return authorisation.
  • Taxes & Duties: For Tax-Free Shipping Zones: a 15% duty and tax charge will be deducted from your refund or voucher to cover actual costs paid to customs on your behalf. (*For Non-tax-free zones customers: please disregard this).
  • Store Credit Purchases: Items acquired using a store credit are considered final and are not eligible for further return or exchange.
  • Shipping Fees: Paid shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. If the original order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by our studio will be deducted from the final refund amount.

 

Quality & Accuracy

In the rare event that your order is defective or incorrect, please email info@workwarehk.com within 3 days of receipt with your order number and clear photography. As makers, we ensure every garment meets our substantial standards before it leaves our studio.

 

Delivery & Responsibility

  • International Taxes: For countries without tax-free shipping, customers are responsible for all local import duties and charges.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: A re-delivery fee applies if a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts. Unclaimed packages without response after 15 days will be donated to charity to minimise waste.
  • Lost Packages: Once our creations are handed to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery rests with them. For delivered but missing packages, please provide a local police report so we can assist in the inquiry.
  • Shipping Address: To protect our customers, we cannot change the delivery address once the parcel has been sent.

 

Condition for Return

Items must be in "sellable condition"—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, spare buttons, and packaging intact. We ask that you return them with the same care we used in making them. If we receive a return that cannot be accepted, we will have to resend the product to you at your own cost.

 

Order Finality & Intentionality

At WORKWARE, we believe in the logic of intentional selection. Every piece is designed to be a permanent essential, and we encourage our customers to choose thoughtfully.

  • Finalised Orders: To maintain the efficiency of our workshop, all orders are considered final once payment is confirmed.
  • Administrative Fee: Because we incur non-recoverable transaction fees and handling costs at the moment of purchase, any authorised cancellation before dispatch will be subject to a 15% administrative fee.

Access to and use of our site implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases to maintain the integrity of our collective wardrobe.
