How do WORKWARE garments fit?
WORKWARE pieces are designed with relaxed or oversized proportions. Please check the garment measurements on each product page & fitting on model photos.
Where can I find the size chart?
You can find the size chart on each product page. Measurements are provided in centimetres & inch. Taken from the actual garment.
What if I’m unsure about my size?
If you are unsure between sizes, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help based on your height, usual size and preferred fit.
Are your products unisex?
Many WORKWARE styles are designed to be worn by both men and women. Please refer to the measurements and model information on each product page for fit guidance.
Will the colour or fabric look exactly the same as the photos?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible. For the most accurate reference to colour and fabric, please refer to the lay-flat product images. Natural fabrics, washed finishes, indigo and garment-dyed materials may still show slight variations in colour, texture and finish.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from our Hong Kong studio unless otherwise stated.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Hong Kong: Free delivery, 2–4 business days.
Asia Pacific: Free delivery, 2–6 business days.
Rest of the World: US$29 / €26 / £21 via FedEx, or FREE for order amount over US$210 / €180 / £150.
Are duties and taxes included?
For selected markets including the US, UK, EU, Japan, Australia and Scandinavia, duties and taxes are included in the shipping arrangement.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
What if I need a different size?
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order first to secure your preferred selection. Once the original item is returned and approved, we will process the refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use a tracked or registered shipping service when sending an item back to us.
How are refunds processed?
